To create a windows Minecraft server you just need one file and a basic understanding of English.
Step 1 - Download this file. --> Minecraft server click here to download
Step 2 - place it in a new folder named Minecraft server (to create right click your desktop click new then click folder)
Step 3 - Run the Minecraft_server.exe File
Step 4 - close it and configure the server properties file, il break it down for your below
